Unfortunately, my stay was less than ideal due to a strong smoke smell in my room. It seems the ventilation system is connected to the adjacent mall, allowing smoke to drift into the room, making it feel like someone was smoking right beside me. As someone who is quite sensitive to smoke, this made it incredibly difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep, which is a fundamental part of any hotel stay.
I genuinely appreciate the effort your team puts into creating a welcoming environment, but this particular issue significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a full refund, as I was unable to fully enjoy my stay due to the air quality issue.
