We stayed at this property for a wedding. The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. However, the food and beverage options on-site were quite pricey. Thankfully, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering more affordable choices. We also found that booking through Expedia gave us a much better rate than booking directly through the hotel.

We really like the location of the hotel the cleanliness the hotel itself was very nice. Having a casino is a nice touch. Price was decent for the hotel and then everything fell apart. We had two drinks in the bar upstairs is $54 plus tip they told us breakfast would be $16 a person that was $45 a person And it was OK nothing special of course we got there on a Sunday needed. Some pesos went to the front desk to try to get them to at least give me 40 or $50 worth of pesos for US dollars they wouldn’t do it finally they said well if I join the casino as a member they give me $40 worth I actually went down the street to a basic mom and pop restaurant. Ask them and they gave me 50 bucks worth in two minutes But in general the hotel is really nice. Location is great. I just thought the customer service was fairly poor for a hotel of it status

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The building itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but it is clear that it has not been well-maintained. The lack of upkeep is evident in the worn-out furnishings and outdated facilities. Additionally, the service was subpar and did not meet my expectations. Staff were not very attentive or helpful, which added to the overall negative experience. Considering the high price, I expected much better. The value for money is simply not there. It’s far too expensive for what it offers in its current state. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

An inperfect - but as always - satisfying stay.

It is always nice to stay at the Park Hyatt I have stayed there for at least 5 times now for the past 15 years for business puposes. But I must say it now feels a bit dated and not that well maintained. The room I recently stayed in (544) had many scratches in the wood panels, mold in the upper back part of the shower door, there was a torn rug union on the right side of the bed and the bathroom blinds were a bit torn on the upper right corner. Lastly, I dont know why all the faucets are so lack luster and sink buttoms so scratched? With that said, I must say all in all, the room was super comfortable and the shower is for me, best in class! Guest services are great, breakfast is nice and the gym is well equiped too. Will surely stay there again next time but overall the hotel is in some considerable need of an up-grade. Especially if they are going to be charging those very high prices for the night. In that sense, it really does make you think twice!!!

We had a lovely stay at the Park Hyatt in Mendoza. After having a problem in our airBNB, we were able to get a last minute reservation at the Park Hyatt. What an upgrade! Beautiful hotel with all of the amenities- restaurants, gym, spa, pool etc. The highlight for me was the excellent service of the concierge staff. They were so happy to help. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Mendoza!
