Modern hotel close to old town

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean but very compact. No Aircon in the room which meant leaving a window open, however due to a main road it is very noisy. Breakfast was continental style.

Hotellet rent och fräscht och hade ett fantastiskt utgångsläge. Rummet var litet men fint och hade sköna sängar. Personalen rätt otrevliga och en var direkt nedlåtande så jag skulle inte bo där igen.

An Excellent Hotel

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel so welcome. We had arrived before the check-in time but this wasn't a problem, our room was ready and we went straight up. If we had any queries the reception staff were so helpful even arranging breakfast packs for when we had a very early start. The hotel is next to the Old Town so getting around on foot is easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Krakow this hotel will be our first choice
