Pool was warm, gym has free weights up to 75 lbs. New owners they are going through and updating rooms. Convient to downtown columbus. Tons of places to eat around. The hotel is off the beaten path so its quiet. Breakfast selection is simple, but enough to keep u content. Would stay agin especially when they get the updates finished

Overall it was good stay for me, but there could be some improvement. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good each day. The pool was kinda cold, but fine. The gym was missing a couple dumbells and staff had not restocked the towels or water in there. Card reader also didn’t work on the laundry room door.

The front desk woman was very friendly and took care of a booking issue I had. The room was straightened up every day by housekeeping (3night stay), I was not expecting that. The breakfast was well maintained by the woman who ran that. She was very friendly and funny! Found out that the property was under new management and that they will be renovating but overall the facility was well maintained. They were even power washing the heat/ac units the day we were leaving.

I was told that I didn’t book 2 Rooms even though I presented a Travelocity receipt and itinerary. I was told that the 2 rooms on my receipt meant I would get 2 beds in 1 room and not 2 rooms. It was ridiculous and I was forced to purchase another room on the spot. The attendant on staff the next morning agreed that I had indeed booked 2 rooms and encouraged me to contact Travelocity to see what could be worked out.
