Nice stay in a central location

Excellent service attitude from staff, centrally located. We stayed on the 31st and 1st, most of attractions were closed. Nice stay anyway. Only item I would ask on a very good breakfast is the coffee.

The room was alright, but the staff were very minimal, with receptionist disappearing for hours at a time. I tried to call down three times on the phone, plus actually physically went downstairs but nobody was there, around 8:30pm. There is no bar and no parking. These are remnants from many years ago, and nobody has told hotels.com. The guy who checked me in told me it wasn't paid and tried to make me pay again and so I had to wait a long time for him to let us in the room, although I paid in advance on hotels.com. It's really NOT a 4-star hotel, nomidea what the stars are for.

Volvería a alojarme alli. La unicación es fantástisca, justo al lado de la Plaza Mayor. La habitación era perfecta, con vistas a la calle central. La unica pega es que para ser un hotel de 4 * ni siquiera una botella de agua gratis como cortesía.

La categoría del hotel no corresponde a 4 estrellas, no tiene las instalaciones de 4 estrellas, el estacionamiento es eléctrico, para mí el costo es elevado, hay estacionamiento muy cerca de paga 1 €/hora,, tiene muy buena ubicación,cen pleno centro a un minuto caminando a la Plaza Mayor, desafortunadamente en mi habitación no servía el aire acondicionado por lo que hizo frío, el teléfono no da la linea a recepción por lo que baje para informar de la calefacción, la chica que me atendió me dijo que lo revisaría y si no servía me pondría calefactor, sin embargo nunca fue, por lo que baje nuevamente y no había nadie en recepción por lo que pasamos frio
