Our stay was very relaxing. We had reserved a resort location. It was awful. So we spent a day to look for someone else and I will reserve this hotel every time we visit Myrtle Beach. Thank you!

Good value eclipsed by surprise pet fee & poor svc

Be aware if you’re traveling with pet dog(s). The hotel charges $75 per dog per stay. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process. This fee increased our cost for one night by $150. We checked in after 6 so the hotel would not allow cancellation, saying we should have called to ask about pet fees. We give low marks for checkin due to the hidden pet fee. Low marks for service due missing toiletries, bathroom cleanliness, and TV not working, could not be fixed during our stay. Hotel declined to offer discount.
