When I first booked the room I walked in and was immediately greeted by roaches. My door didnt have a proper lock, my hot water didn’t run properly, the shower pressure was very low, the phone to the front desk didn’t work, my lamp didn’t cut on, and I also didn’t have a remote to my television. Overall the staff were nice about it, I had my room changed twice but didn’t make a difference cause each room I got moved to was worse than the last. I also have pictures I can provide.
