The pictures that are shown on the website are very misleading. The bathrooms bathtub paint was peeling, and they painted the moldy grout with white paint. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool because the seagals hung out all day long, diving down to the pool in swarms. All of the other places around had silver wind reflectors on their roofs and around their pool to keep them away. I would not even put my toes in the water. The best part of the place was it was spacious, with the extra sitting room, and the view of the water, but that was about it The furniture was dirty, and the beds were not very comfy… Also the outside bar they show, isn’t even working at all, no chairs, nothing. Elevator was extremely slow, It was out of service at times. Ice machines were only on the 2nd and 4th floor and couldn’t keep up with the amount of guests. Breakfast was cold cereal and toast and bagels… The grounds people were very friendly and took care of the flowers

Very small and quaint :) but perfect size for the one night that we stayed . Definitely needs renovation done to walls and such . Holes patched . Pictures not attached to walls very well . Staff was amazing . Breakfast was the smallest and prob the worst selection I’ve seen in travels . But overall 3.5 out of 5

Property has some deferred maintenance. Some outlets in room were not working, outlets by pool exposed. It’s a bit outdated. The breakfast was a one and done for us- slim pickings. The free parking was nice and they held a spot for us since we got in late. The check-in was slow but very friendly. Our room was right off the pool which was a perk since we had kids. It’s nice that you can still see the beach from the pool. Our biggest disappointment was when we were asked to leave the pool deck at 7:30 before dusk and the sun set. We had hoped to eat our dinner with a view, and since it wasn’t dusk, we thought we could. We did the first night without issue, but the second night, staff was less friendly and accommodating. Kind of a waste to be on pool level and not able to eat at the table just off our room. Convenient location to food, stores and beach. Definitely budget style stay, good for kids. I wish the pool bar was open, that would have been a perk!

Although the room was clean, the room and the hotel were dated and kind of creepy. Furniture was old and looked like it came from a thrift store. Ocean view but balcony looked like it would collapse any minute and facing the ocean and Main Street it was loud

This hotel was a bit rundown. The view was awesome and right in the heart of Clearwater Beach so the activities were awesome! The luggage carts were in rough shape and tires flat. There was only one elevator, which took forever to get on! They can do a lot to remodel and improve this place because it’s in an excellent vocation.

The staff and hotel are great and the view is amazing. Food is available next door on beach side and across the street in the front. My only suggestion is that you take a credit card as for some reason no one wants to accept cash anywhere nowadays. I plan to stay there again in the future as it was a good experience.

We had the Beachview balcony and that was the best thing here. Everything else was below average for being so expensive. The hotel itself felt dirty and had a weird smell. Shower didn’t drain fast enough so every shower we had to use our sandals and stand in a puddle of dirty water. The pool looked dirty and the morning breakfast is not really a breakfast. They only had bagels, some cold toast, juices and some muffins. I was expecting eggs, sausages and waffles. But no. They also charged me $30 for an extra guest fee but I didn’t even have an extra guest stay with me but they refuse to refund me the $30. Also, the ladies at the front has no idea of their processes because they told me to contact hotels.com which I did but hotels said they never wrote down an approvals for refund. They lack communication and I lost $30. Whatever, won’t be back to this hotel ever again.

This property is in an ideal location. It was wonderful to step outside and be on the beautiful beach. Very clean and excellent staff. It’s a little dated for but we didn’t have a problem with that. Breakfast was good and wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Our only complaint was the TVs. Impossible to find the stations we wanted and we were upset when we couldn’t get the WBC. Notified the front desk and a really nice maintenance man got it. However, the next day we were back to it being useless. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back.
