I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I trusted that my Porsche would be safe and handled professionally. Instead, the valet damaged my car, and the hotel refuses to take any responsibility.
What makes this even worse is how uncooperative the staff were throughout the entire process. Instead of helping or even showing empathy, they simply told me “it must have happened in the past” — even though the scratch was clearly fresh, obviously not caused by me, and noticed immediately. Their explanation was not only dismissive but also completely unrealistic.
No solution, no accountability, not even a gesture of goodwill. They didn’t offer to cover the damage, didn’t offer to take a closer look, didn’t provide any footage, and didn’t even offer something as simple as a free night or a reduced charge to make up for the situation. Absolutely nothing. Just a cold “all the best,” as if that magically erases the damage or the terrible customer service.
For a hotel in this area, I expected professionalism and integrity — instead I left frustrated, disappointed, and with a scratched car.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
