1st room we were given bedroom lights did not work. Was switched to another room which was nice but the floors were dirty. The couch was extremely worn down and used. The toilet was dirty as well as the shower. Beach view was nice except for the homeless folks that was bothering us. Understanding that this was an oceanfront and probably a very frequently used room it will definitely not be a future stay for me and my family.

Great beach view, so if Virginia Beach is your scene, then maybe this is your hotel. The beds are small, but decently comfortable. Staff was actively mopping and trying to keep the halls clean, which I’m sure is no small task next to the beach. It looks like the rooms were recently updated. The indoor pool was drained and not available. It’s not the hotel’s fault that there were drunk people arguing in the parking lot. I’m not sure if the dozens of police in the street made me feel more or less safe.

The elevator was broken most of our stay so my handicap mother had to walk up and down eight flights of stairs and we chose that hotel because of the inside pool so my girls would have something to do on the cooler days and it was closed there was no water in it.

A third-world hotel experience without leaving the US! Half of our group checked out before spending a night there because the rooms were filthy and/or basic items like the shower were not functional (bare pipes sticking out of the wall). The smell of weed permeates everything (simply using the elevator is enough to give you the munchies). While my room was relatively clean-ish, it had obviously been occupied by a group that had been enjoying spring break there, as there was a lot of literature left over about it, and because the room absolutely reeked of vomit. In an effort to air the room out, I opened the door to the balcony (one of the panes in the double-pane sliding door had been shattered and 'cleverly concealed' with black duct tape). While the 'airing out process' did nothing to alleviate the smell, it did attract a large quantity of flies. I did manage to spend three nights there, a fact that I am oddly proud of. Having said that, I was the only one of my group to do so, and I certainly would not recommend it. The main takeaway is that the hotel's owners are completely without conscience. To charge anyone to stay in that place is bordering on the criminal... speaking of which, two of my three nights also featured loud domestic disputes in the rooms around me. To say I wouldn't recommend staying here would be an understatement.

The rooms definitely need to be up graded and the air conditioner did not work! It blew out hot air and there was absolutely no air moving through the bedroom! The couch was nasty and had to but a sheet down in order to set on it! The inside pool was empty!

Well from the beginning young lady up front she had a great attitude, check in no problems. Room was nice and clean perfect view of the ocean. the bedroom the blinds that you have didn't go all the way down I had to put something in the bottom of the window so no one could look in to the bedroom. But other than that everything is perfect would recommend you guys.

Internet was very slow...blinds on our bedroom window that faced onto the hallway were broken.. we had to cover window with towels so no one could look into our room...no change of linens or towels...trash and dirty bed linens in our hallway when we arrived....strong smell of weed in elevator and hallway....very limited parking

We decided not to stay there! The room was dirty, the window(sliding glass door) was so dirty we could not see well out it! It was also broken , so they had it sealed shut! The toilet seat was dirty, the fridge did not work, the hall way had spots that went up and down, you could not see the small downs! It all blended in with no warning, the back door said it was broken to enter up stairs. The toilet paper had been wet, felt like a clam shell! Receptionist said the did not have time to clean much, someone called a n sick! We did not stay there! And beware do not sign anything, they have keep my money! Around $340.00 dollars! You have been warned!!

We arrived around 11 p.m. there was a sign on th door that they had stepped out, but to call and a number was provided. I can the cell phone number listed on the door several times and the hotel number with no answer. Finally someone returned my call and I let them know we were trying to check in. Each room had a window facing out towards the hallway. The blinds don’t fully cover the window and there are no curtains. We had to cover the window with a blanket we had from home. When we walked into our hotel room the floor around the toilet was covered in water. It would not flush properly either. We have five guest, but only four towels and wash clothes. No hand towels. We also only had pillows for four out of the five of us. The sofa had sheets, but they were dirty. There was no throw blanket or comforter for warmth. The air does not reach back into the bedroom area. You burn up in there at night, but freeze in the living room on the sleeper sofa. We told staff the toilet did not flush properly, sheets needed changed, and another pillow. At first they said they didn’t have anymore sheets or pillows. When I said, “well there are five of us and four pillows and the sheets are dirty!” They were able to give us sheets and ONE more pillow. We called about the toilet trying to get it fixed. They ended up moving us next door which was a room in much better condition. The shower did drip though and soaked the floor the 3rd morning. The pool was empty and elevator broken. ICE 7th floor

The view was the only thing nice about this hotel. ...... If you want to call it that. I have so many complaints 😞. We spoke to another guest she confirmed our complaints. She said it best.......... When calling it a welfare crack motel........ Just short of prostitutes being out in the open. Trash everywhere, broken, bodily fluid stained furniture, missing furniture and appliances ie coffee maker, microwave. Doors that didn't latch or lock. I could go on....

Only positive was the view. Booked two rooms with my family Arrived and we are informed the elevator was broken and no hot water so after 3+hr drive my parents had to find new place last minute on xmas eve. I didn't wanna hassle with trying to get refund so i toughed it out for a night. Place was dirty and looked as they started painting two years ago and stopped painters tape and over spray everywhere. Definitely will not be a returning customer

Do not recommend. While it is on the oceanfront, that's the only benefit. As soon as we checked in, he made us aware the elevator was broke and it seems it's been that way. Then low hot water pressure. We got to the room, tv was on and we found out the remote was missing. Also no shower curtain, took a whole day to get one. The room was old, and needed severe upgrading. The only reason we stayed was because it thankfully was clean. I refused to use the couch as it looked super dirty. Also no ventilation in the bedroom and the vent looked horrible. Last morning we had to skip showers as no hot water. We won't be revisiting.
