Overall this was a pretty good experience—and my first with hotels.com. Room has a cramped layout, but was as expected. The shower was great—pressure and heat, on point. Mini fridge wasn’t working upon arrival and the awesome maintenance staff swapped it w/ another unit with an hour of requesting. Hotel felt safe and it was super convenient to walk to the convention center—which was why we were in town. .
