Our first room only had a heater the ac didn’t work. They switched us room then tried to tell use that our dog left a stain I. The first room. My wife tried to scrub it on her knees and it didn’t come out. Then a hour into our 2nd room they wanted to move us again down to the 1st floor cause we had a service dog.

Definitely enjoyed my stay, as retired USAF Member was hoping to take advantage of proximity to Nellis AFB which I know from a few TDY trips. The biggest bonus didn't expect was the bath tub. I was able to soak in it 2X before checking out the next day.

It was close to the Airforce Base where we were going. The lady at the front counter was very friendly and helpful when we arrived and my son was having a hard time( he is disabled and super overwhelmed) Our only issue and it's a big one is we were there for three days and no hot water to shower.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is a little run down but well kept. I knocked the cleanliness down a little because there was some hair on the shower curtain. The floors and everything else was cleaned, it seemed like this was just a little oversight. The bed was comfortable and the pillows nice.
