Outside a 4:00 am fire alarm -apparently a faulty sensor- everything was great. Very friendly staff, easy, free parking, clean outdoor pool. All in all a good hotel.

Understaffed and the staff available doesn't quite understand their job. Rooms are fine but it took me an hour to get my room after booking online. Gentleman next to me had to switch room 3 times because people were either in his room or his room was unkept. Just sloppy management.

We were there for almost a week and could not get our room cleaned a single time during our stay despite repeated requests. A maid handed us a plastic bag to us at the door to put in our trash can. Zero cleanings. The room was dated and a bit musty. We expect better from Hilton. Lobby was nice but I would avoid this property.

Great location. Very disappointed the pool was closed for the duration of our trip due to maintenance issues. When you select a hotel specifically with an outdoor pool, you expect it to be open. It appears housekeeping does not check under the bed. Dropped an ear bud and it rolled under bed. There were bottles, old chewing gum under the bed. Front desk staff at check-in seemed annoyed someone needed to check in. Was less than welcoming.

It was an okay stay! Hotel very dated, but they are in the begining stages of renovating. The elevator carpet was dirty, smelly and in need of replacing. The room was huge, but out dated. Bathroom was huge, but the tub shower combo was awful! Definitely needs a large walk-in shower. The vanity was definitely too small. You couldn't even put stuff out in order to get ready. King size bed needs to be replaced. No storage in the bathroom for towels or blow dryer, it was hanging in a bag on the door (towel holder).The towels were stored on a metal shelf over the toilet. Not a place I really want my towels to be. The room was clean!! The swimming pool was drained and posted "pool maintenance". Very disappointed! This is summer, and when traveling you expect to swim and lay out or just sit around the pool on your off time. Maintenance should be done at the end of Summer! and in the south you can close it down in October!! Travel is expensive and staying at a great hotel you expect to have great amenities and a comfortable clean stay.
