Our room had dead bugs and a broken tv and broken screen and broken shower head. The staff told me they were checking me out and refunding me and then failed to do so. I had to stay at a different hotel. My daughter forgot her shoes in the room and when we came back to get them they refused to let us in the room and said someone else was already staying in there.

This was the second time we have stayed here. Last year we were given a key to a room already occupied. Once fixed everything was fine. This year was a much different experience. The hotel smelled almost of weed when you walked in. The elevator was still broken. The carpet on the stairs and hallway had not been vacuumed in what looked like days. Our room had the window open. It was 40 degrees outside at this time. The heater wouldn't even turn on. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The bathroom still had dirty towel, wash cloth and used bar of soap. The shower curtain also had many holes in it. I did not ask to change rooms as it was late and just wanted to sleep. luckily the bed had new sheets although an uncomfortable mattress this time. When we checked out and went to grab breakfast there was nothing left at 8am except for bread. Very disappointed and won't be back. I will also be emailing the manager about the condition of our room this time.

We checked in and immediately went to the desk and checked out. The bed did not have sheets, the thin blanket was extremely stained, there was hair all over the sink, debris on the floor and the window was open when we arrived with the curtain blowing when it was eindy and only in the low 40's outside. When we left the room the hotel employee who checked us in was creepily standing in the hallway. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The bed sheets were dirty, stained it smelt and the towels were dirty, stained prolly weren’t changed since 1954!!! They moved to another room and the tv didn’t work there and the towels were the same?!! Pay cheap you get cheap! Never again!

This is an economy hotel but really? Had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, toilet tissue and facial tissue. No way to hang the tissue because there was no center post for the TP holder. I like a bath,but would not sit in a tub that appeared to have dirty scum imbedded in the no slip pattern in the bottom. Vanity sink drained very slowly. The outside of our window had hand prints and a thick enough layer of dust to write a message in. No knob to turn on bed lamp so couldn't turn on. The lobby tile was textured . Every indentation was fillled with some kind of residue. The breakfast area had tables that appeared to have been wiped off. Coffee was s great. Hot foods provided were scrambled eggs -"I'm sorry. We don't have any more." Biscuits. (empty). Gravy (very thin) Waffles ( batter stuck in the container) syrup (spout dried shut). You can find a Burger King next door. The bed slept pretty well, so this place is OK if you only want to sleep. The sheets seemed to be clean and we slept well.

The room is not that clean especially the linen. The one towel that they left does not look clean and we need to ask for a towel. The lamp shade or lights are not working and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is noisy.

Everything! The room was completely dirty, trash under beds and behind nightstand. The sheets had stains and black residue all over them. The toilet seat had hair and dry pee all over it as well. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and had a plastic around it. Asked for a different room but that room was worse! The TV didn't work and the smoke detector had white paper towels that looked like then had been wet and put over the smoke detector. Hotel reaked of smoke and there was drug residue in room. Had to sleep in car because we couldn't get a refund because manager wasn't there. Someone was getting beat up in the room next to us. Hotel needs to be shut down. Horrible horrible experience

The room was neglected, and the staff support was lacking! NO coffee available in the Inn. When I entered the room, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, a scented dryer sheet in the heater/AC vent, and the remnant of a marijuana cigarette (roach) on the floor. sheets were stained and torn. Towels were stained. The premises are dated and run-down.
