Very good hotel just a couple of blocks from the Nice Ville rail station. The hotel is located in a very central area close to tram and bus stops and the seaside is just a short stroll or four tram stops away. The hotel & room is clean with safety box, kettle, tea/coffee box , 2 bottles water in fridge. The distance is around 3 minutes from train station, with all shops restaurants around，very convenient. The buffet is impressive, with american standards, servers wearing butlers uniforms, with variety foods, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, the best of my trip. The towels quality is much better than european hotels provided． i told manager The internet was unstable after 2 am in the morning before i left, he immediately checked with internet provider, very responsive in doing that. The price is good. i would recommend this hotel．

My wife and I arrived at the hotel from Monaco - just more destinations and excursions leaving from Chicago- to be hosted by one of the best front desk hosts I have encountered through my travels in the last 45 years. Julien was very nice, polite and extremely accommodating with a big smile that never left his face. The next day we met Fabrizio and Abdel who were nice as well. The place looked wonderful, clean and organised. Being a general contractor and owner of few other businesses who took an early retirement so I can enjoy the rest of my life with my wife we decided to travel around from Chicago. That did not, does not or will ever stop me from noticing defects and flaws in businesses when I see them. Employees are supposed to deliver what they're asked to do and the hosts at the Best Western Plus definitely did that and delivered to the max. Turning air conditioners on starting mid May, that's higher archy administration and franchisee decision. We stayed there for one night on April 11th, and it happened to be a hotter night than expected; We couldn't turn the air conditioner on because it's not " the season ye". That's higher archy administrative decision. The room was well cleaned up, organized and ready for us. I strongly recommend Best Western Plus Hotel in Nice and hope you get Julien for your host.

We stayed here over a rugby world cup weekend and loved our stay. The hotel is central enough to be an easy walk around the centre, but still quiet inside and well insulated from the city noise. The hotel in general is what I would consider a budget hotel. It was small, minimal amenities and in a somewhat questionable area. The hotel does not have parking so if you have a car and a need for nearby parking, this is not for you. If you have minimal luggage and take public transport or use cabs/ride share, this could be a good option. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and about a 12 minute walk to city center.

My room was nice, I was on the 3rd floor corner with a balcony view of the street. The tram stop is within 2min walk. The staff are all nice, James he is the reception when we checkout this morning. The breakfast was included and they are excellent. The cleaner lady after our first day did a good job cleaning the room. I highly recommend this hotel and I will book again in this hotel if I decided to go back in the future.

Beautiful hotel in great location

Hotel was excellent, beautiful comfortable room refurbished with great decor. The room we stayed in had an open, visible shower which may not be suitable for friends staying together. The toilet is in a separate room. I’d enquire about the other rooms if this makes you uncomfortable. For us as a couple, we had no issues. Location was right on the high street, with many tram facilities and rail station was a few minutes away.
