Room was great. Very old/slow elevator and stairs were not accessible from the exterior. Staff was “new” and not very knowledgeable about the area but determined to charge the $50 for “incidentals” or “possible shuttle use”. Hoping we get that back… the “sister hotel” with the hot tub is a good four blocks away and the beach is two blocks away.

The carpet needs to be replaced, the sink and tub don't drain well, the bed is very firm, the couch sags and isn't comfortable. We had to have our room keys reprogrammed twice. Sky and the other lady were very nice. The guy with the long hair was rude and insulted another employees ability to do their job when they weren't even there to defend themselves.

The family room had only one chair so we just had to sit on the bed and one bedside side table plus the desk told us they had no utensils to offer even though there was an empty small kitchenette in the king room- so we had to pick up stuff from dollar tree then take our dinner plans to a park to be able to sit and eat as a family. The blankets were incredibly thin and the air didn't adjust well so it was super humid or freezing cold.

They need to update the room, rip up the rug and put flooring down. there was a bit of a smell. But the the room we had worked great for our family of 4. It had 2 rooms with 3 beds and it was great.

Family suite- 1 king, mini fridge, small microwave, sink and tv in 1 room with 2 doubles and the bathroom in another. Spacious room that allows kids to be in half the room or allows for adults to get privacy. Rooms are dated but beds were comfortable. Hotel has an odd smell when walking out of elevator on 5th floor like wet musty smell, but didn't notice it in the rooms. Staff are super friendly and check in was easy. We booked each day of trip as a single booking due to not knowing when we were arriving when initally booking. Front desk staff made it super easy, I just had to come by in morning and sign paper and they rekeyed my keys. Kept same deposit for all days. We arrived well before check in and they were able to hold our luggage. Called me when room was ready and allowed us to check in early. Very close to beach, short walk, restraunts, shopping. Uber from MCO was 90$ for XL. Don't have laundry facility so have deal with Sheraton Four Points down the road and you can do laundry there. 1 washer. 1 dryer. $1 to wash $1.25 to dry. Overall a great stay. Affordable, great location, comfy beds, nice staff.

After reading other reviews for this property, I was concerned. However, I found the property was fine for a one night stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in but the property needs some TLC. If they did some updating and replaced the carpet this place would be amazing. The staff upon arrival and departure were both wonderful. The location is really good. The only complaint would be the definite need for updating.

The rooms are nice and spacious the floor I stayed on was very quiet. The beach is about a block away and the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities are at a sister hotel about a mile down the road. It was a very nice hotel as well I enjoyed the hot tub & laundry during my stay. The stuff was very friendly and nice as well. Overall was a very great stay.

The staff was very courteous and we were allowed to leave our luggage behind front desk til our room was ready. It was available about two hours earlier than regular. But the room itself was nothing special. The carpets were a little stained and always felt damp. We had to call and ask for extra bedding for the pull out, and then we had to go collect it from the front desk. The clothes line in the shower was broken. Plug outlets were loose and didn’t keep plugs in. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Overall, I feel it was overpriced (we paid $170 for one night) but I know other places cost much more, but I would not stay here for more than one night. This was just a place to stay before we got on our cruise and it worked for that.
