Quarto limpo, apenas um cheiro forte de produto de limpeza.Translado um pouco confuso , nao tinha uma placa de sinalização do transporte , pois no ponto indicado sao varios hoteis que pegam os passageiros.

The thing i didnt like about this hotel is the engin noise outside 24h, non stop, i couldn't sleep properly. The room is fine but not good 5/10. Breafast is minimal also. Other then that service is good room is vlean .but you need to fix the nise problem . And dont chose the basement rooms, the noise was more. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, than i find out that transportation need to take you back to jamaica station, so its better to book near the station , or book near to the subway will more convenient

Equipe super atenciosa, não tomamos o café pois saímos de madrugada. O traslado só funciona até 00h, não pudemos usufruir. Achei que fosse do lado do aeroporto, mas não. Tudo estava funcionando conforme o esperado.

So many problems though it served it's purpose Front desk lady was just a B. We were asked for $22 more for a room that was paid in full on Hotels.com. OK, not happy but I wanted to lay down. The credit card processing machine was not working. We tried 4 of my husband's cards and 1 of mine. None worked which is impossible. We then got her $40 in cash at ATM in lobby. But, SHE COULD NOT OFFER CHANGE! We came back in the morning and she was still not able to make change. Why she could not have accepted $20 instead of the $21.98 is beyond me. Luckily, we found 2 dollars. The place feels shady and a seedy although there were many other people traveling like us- get in late on flight, few hour sleep, and then back to the airport. LYFT was $21 from airport. Prob the better choice late at night. They have a shuttle. Get there early in the AM bc it fills up. Only goes to Air Train, so allow extra time for both. Would I do it again? Maybe, but I would also check on better brand hotels around the area. They were twice the price when I checked and since we were only resting for 6 hours, I could not justify it.

Very basic hotel but my room was serviceable and the bed was clean. My window didn’t lock but I was on the third floor so still felt OK. Breakfast was extremely limited to prepackaged muffins. All in all a low cost and it was only one night while awaiting a flight so not bad for that purpose.

Receptionist was rude. Room door would not close complely. Didn’t fix it. Lobby area horrible. Breakfast was ready by 6:20 am not 6:00 am. Shuttle was nice and driver was friendly

Pagué por dos habitaciones del 9 al 10 de octubre , llegamos 6 amigas el 10 de octubre a las 1:30 de la madrugada y solo tenían una habitacion para nosotros y no me han resuelto la devolucion. Nos tocó dormir despues de un largo vielo tres en una cama 2 en otra ybyo en la bañera.

An absolute hard No! From the broken door latch, peeling wallpaper, paper thin walls, street noise, lumpy bed, zero amenities. It was a stopover near JFK. I would rather sleep on the floor of the airport. The 4 am van driver was MIA so i gave up by 4:20 and called an Uber. I didn't feel safe. Hotel desk sealed behind thick glass partition so it makes me question many things. Wasn't cheap either.

Had very bad experience in staying there. The room was smelling and the not happy at all. Will never recomend to any of my family and friends. They change my room but that room the telephone was not working. They gave me at 3rd floor. any problem or issue have to come down to the lobby. Maintenance was not good at all.

My 8yr old and I came to NYC for a mini vacay. I'd totally do it again, but I would absolutely find someplace else to stay. Here's why: -Lobby closes at midnight. Hopefully your flight won't be delayed (like ours) and you won't be forced to spend $50 on a taxi just to get there on time (like I had to) -Airport shuttle leaves every hour from the hotel. It's a 10min drive; it should be offered more frequently -Can't decide if you want to take a shower or a bath? No worries! You get both at the same time! The shower backed up every time it was used. -NO microwaves are in the room. Why offer a place to keep things cold if you don't offer a way to heat them back up? -Mirror in the room was broken. The most minor complaint I had because it doesn't affect me much, but I'm afraid I'm going to get charged for something I didn't do. -Room certainly was not soundproof. Glad my kiddo was asleep so I didn't have to explain the sounds coming from next door. "They're watching a movie" would not have explained anything. -TV got next to zero channels, and all of the ones it actually did, cut in and out. I couldn't even get through a 30sec news story without missing half of it. -Breakfast was okay, but I was expecting way more. Everything was very low stocked, and I had to ask almost every day for a yogurt for my kid's medication. There was a place for fresh fruit, but no fruit. Nothing like danish, bagels, or muffins; only bread for toast. I noticed other families brought their own OJ.
