Super duper friendly staff, especially Yana, who made every effort to make sure we had what we needed, knew where we could go, what to eat, and remembered our names!!! Staff like her makes you feel so welcomed just like you are home! Excellent breakfast as well. Parking is abit of a walk away, but it was easy. Very convenient to walk shop and eat! Had a really wonderful stay.

Brilliant!! Best hotel in Killarney, and one of the best we have ever stayed in throughout our worldwide travel. The owner and staff’s attention to every detail is something rarely found in the hospitality world. Wish we had a reason to visit Killarney again just to stay in this hotel.

This was one of my favourite hotels on our recent trip to Ireland. Lovely staff at check in with a welcome glass of whiskey. Location of the hotel was perfect for walking around Killarney and close to many bars and restaurants. Parking was super easy at the hotels sister property across the street and around the corner. Room and bedding was clean and quiet. Air conditioner was a bonus after several sleepless nights prior to arriving at Killarney Royal Townhouse. Had the best sleep of the trip.

Everyone at this location was extremely friendly, we were able to get ice, which is extremely important if you’re from the United States and the air conditioning worked extremely well which is also very important! But highly recommend and would stay here again

The staff are so professional and genuinely attentive to their guests. When we checked out, the receptionist gave us two scones in a beautiful box and wished us a pleasant trip to our next destination. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made the hotel feel especially warm and welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We were welcomed immediately and felt right at home, the staff were absolutely amazing as was the room and the food (which breakfast is included so no extra spending and it’s better than places we’ve paid extra for for breakfast). Our next visit in Killarney we will definitely stay here again, without question.

This hotel was ideally situated for enjoying everything the town has to offer. The hotel itself was fantastic — clean, modern and very comfortable, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice and a great way to start the day. The town itself is a fantastic place to visit, with so many amazing places to explore, beautiful scenery and plenty to keep you busy. It’s also a proper foodie paradise, with an incredible choice of restaurants, cafés, pubs and places to enjoy great food. A fantastic stay in a brilliant location. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend both the hotel and the town. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The rooms are very spacious but no drawers to put your clothes in. The staff if friendly and helpful. We ate at Fig and it was very good.
