Nice and Quiet Stay The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was standard but had everything I needed. The only issue I had was that most of the plugs and the phone in the room weren’t connected, so I couldn’t call reception and had to go downstairs instead. All was reasonable except there is no one at the desk after 5pm until 10 am the next morning; hence, no one except a long distance number to call to check in or out. Our biggest concern happened when we switched rooms; somehow one of our bags got separated and failed to be moved to the new room (when we were on a 3 day Margaret River excursion). When we got back after hours for the one night left, trying to find out missing bag was traumatic. Luckily, a really great worker was there late and helped. The next morning, we left with everything intact. We will stay there again.
