I heard people ahead of me complaining as well. After waiting about 10 minutes, other people finally came up front to help. Waited in line maybe 25-30 minutes before I was checked in. That is not a good look. On a Saturday around check-in time (4pm), there should be enough staff ready to help to keep people from having to wait so long. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. The villa was spacious, more than enough room for the 4 of us. And I love being able to use the shuttle to get where we need to go. The shuttle took us to the Hilton, back and forth to the pool. I would still stay again and recommend to others!

Me aThe only negative thing I have to say is the wait for food was extremely too long especially with kids. There needs to be more food options. The breakfast buffet is $25 a person regardless if you’re an adult or kid. That’s $75 a day for breakfast.
