The staff when checking in during the week were so very nice. We liked it so much we extended our stay, but the weekend staff were very rude. The room we were moved to was not as nice as the first and there was evidence of cockroaches still. Other than that the beach view was amazing and beach access was great. Everything was wonderful from the check-in.. the beautiful comfortable suite.. The luscious bedding.. and the beautiful porch set up.. We love this hotel and come here every year at the same time for our anniversary.. and hotels.com made it really affordable.. no hassle booking online.. paid a small deposit and the rest was due upon arrival.. I wish I got the name of the person that checked us in it was about 4:30 in the afternoon.. That person was lovely.. helpful.. and knowledgeable

The internet didn’t work. The room was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable, the pool was not clean, the property wasn’t clean, the gym equipment was outdated and out of order. The breakfast didn’t taste good, the hot food was cold, the juice machine was out of order, the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice (especially Ishmael)

Property is nice & as I understand it's an older building, but some updates are needed!! Rooms were clean & free of bugs. I do think the floors could use a little more attention when being cleaned. Staff was nice & the pools were great!! Breakfast was great as well, saved us from going out every morning. We enjoyed our stay & will stay again.
