This Resort has updated their condos and have done an excellent job! We've stayed here for about 25 times through the years, and it was declining, but Hilton purchased it, and it is MUCH improved. Flooring, painting and furniture all new! Kohler upgraded clean showers, faucets and toilets. I hate to leave a great review, because I don't want it to get too crowded. :)

The front desk staff were amazing. We traveled with our 78 year old mother and when we requested a condo with an elevator access they were very gracious and expeditiously assigned us another room.

OK but not luxury. This is a timeshare that has seen better days. Thankfully, some of the buildings are being refurbished. The facility is clean enough. Amenities (pool, front desk, game room) are in good shape. Units do show age. Have stayed here several times as cost for unit with a kitchen is about the same as two equivalent motel rooms. Exteriors around rooms are not cleaned or swept. The unit we had this time had a small hot water heater for it. Multiple showers among the family resulted in cold showers. TVs appear to have been updated from previous stays. As it is cost effective for us and meets minimum safety and cleanliness requirements, we will be back. We do like the location as it is away from the noise and traffic of The Strip.

They promised me a room on the ground floor and gave me a condo on the third floor. You might as well say the forth floor because you go down stairs and then go back up 3 flights of stairs. Also they promised a condo closed to activity center and pool and it was over a mile away from there.

Arrival had no issues and nice staff. Entering our 2 room condo, appeared nice and relaxing. Soon we found a light switch that would turn on/off by just a simple touch, or randomly turn on with the switch off. Found trash, dust, multiple hairs in both beds, stains in the bed, and mold in the kitchen drain under the sink. Overall just dirty everywhere. Some doors did not shut or had major gapping, including an exterior door. Holes in the wall, only plug in a bedroom did not work, the floor was very uneven throughout the unit. The microwave was not secure to the wall and every time it was used it moved. When these issues were addressed, they apologized and said there was another room we could be moved to, but house keeping needed to clean it. It would be priority and we’d hear back when it was ready. Our building was on the maintence list for next week. I called at 3pm to see if it was ready, I was informed a housekeeper was sick and the room wasn’t cleaned, nor would be getting cleaned. I could not find anywhere else to accommodate our size of family such last minute and remained. There was no communication further from management. When checking out I brought this up, I was told sorry, and I’d hear from management. I don’t foresee that happening as they lacked in communication prior. The beds weren’t awful but not comfy. There is mini golf, and an activity room, but half of the amenities there cost. Pool was good. I would not recommend for multiple reasons.

We tried to use our jetted tub and when we turned the jets on it smelt like sulfur so we immediately had to turn them off which was disappointing. There was empty danimals yogurt left in the drawer under the tv and a stuffed animal underneath the pull out couch. Wasn’t detailed clean.

The heat stopped working at midnight the second night and we called and maintenance was supposed to come, they didn’t! Called again when we woke up and still didn’t see maintenance! We decided to leave at 9 am, which was upsetting cause we didn’t have to check out till 11!

Clean rooms. We had adjoining rooms and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us!! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone, especially the kids? Loved the matter bathroom! Lol The only thing i wish was different is i wish there was little throw blankets in the living room.
