The accommodations were perfect! Extremely clean and and we felt safe. The hotel staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful and gracious. I have stayed at Thousand Hills several times and will continue to stay at their properties in the future.

Perfect size condo for group of 5 on a girls trip. Beds were comfy and showers had amazing water pressure. One of the shower curtains appeared to have mold on it and there was food on kitchen floor under counter that was left from previous renters. Location was amazing! We would for sure stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the covered balcony was beautiful. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that our upstairs neighbors were very loud. Running, jumping and banging around. I ended up calling the front desk but they said there was nothing that they could do about it, but I could call 911 if they were still being loud after ten.

Toilet didn’t always flush properly , had to hold handle down till it did. Hot water was never hot , warm at best . Bedroom so small , had to leave suitcase in hallway .

If you like cold showers

Check in was easy and fast but the stay was awful. Monday we had luke warm water to shower. Tuesday ice cold shower and Wednesday we had hot water for 5minutes before it was back to cold. We called and they sent someone over to check it out a breaker on the hot water tank flipped and said he would return and put in new element for the tank while we were out of the room not sure if he came back but we definitely didn’t have hot water to shower. I told the front desk when we checked out and they didn’t seem to really care besides an “im sorry”
