It was fairly clean. The room was very outdated like something back in the 80s. The elevators take so long to come up to your floors. I was on the 37th floor had a spectacular view, but the elevators were very long, especially during the mornings.

We often stay at Waikiki Banyan when coming home - although the unit we stayed appeared a little dated, it had all the basic necessities - it served our needs for this trip. We stay here for the value, spacious room, kitchen, the appliances, parking, washer/dryer availability, walking distance to the beach, the views, shopping and the likes of being in Waikiki. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and had all working appliances. Will definitely stay here again.

Oh no, it was a great day, the rooms are a bit dated with older carpet and such so if you’re looking for that brand new crisp feel this isn’t it. But on all it seem clean and everything function well with a great location if you’re looking to be right in the heart of Waikiki. Easy with kids as the pressure was low.
