The advertisement does not equal what is actual. I reserved a 2 queen bed suite as an upgrade. I got a regular 2 queen bed room. The walls most assuredly need painting. I paid for the latest (2pm) check out yet the housekeeping knocked on my door hourly to report the time to me beginning at 10:50am. Staff here are professional and this place is quiet. It looks sketchy but no issues were encountered. I've all is OK to stay. One way in one, way out of the building. Have to be buzzed in through the front door at night.

It was a quick stay. Checked in late. Lady was nice. Room wasn’t clean. Bathroom had trash in it and toilet wasn’t clean. The entire room had wet carpet for some reason. We had to check out and hit the road early. It met our need but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever

It was very dirty , the sheets look like they had not been changed.No remote for the tv.A guest with her children was walking around the hotel in her underwear. The kids ran up and down the hall knocking on doors . Worst experience ever

A little run down

Place is run down and needs a redo. Kids where noisy down the hall late into the night. Breakfast is non exitance with NO choices other than coffee and muffin. The bed was very comfortable and clean, however smoke detector hanging off the wall, chair was ripped and fridge was sticky from the last few quests. If you want a cheap stay with comfy bed and TERRIBLE BREAKFAST this is the spot. Easy access back to the I-77, would we stay here again? For sure NO!

This place was dirty and disgusting. From the ripped furniture in the bedroom to the “splatter” on the walls, to the dust ruffles that were at one point yellow but were clearly brown now to the people just standing around outside. This place screams RUN! Luckily we were just here to catch a few hours of sleep and we survived the night

Never again

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 6 years. Never again! This establishment has gone down hill severely. The room was dirty, common areas looked like they had not been cleaned or seen paint in years. Walls were damaged, lights out in hallways.

This hotel is a dump. It began when driving into the hotel I was being sized up by a group of teenagers in the parking lot. It felt unsafe right away. At 8pm the lobby was already locked - you had to provide your name to before the door to the lobby was opened. Inside was worse - all finishes in the hallways and elevator was severely worn and marked. The checkin process included making a blown up copy of my drivers license and credit card - which I now am scared has been sold to someone. My room was on the second floor - there were people milling around at the end of the hall. The final straw was the room. Opening the door I was faced with a desk chair split down the side and an poorly made bed. I am quite familiar with Microtel - this property was far, far below standard.

Completed pre-check-in information. Nothing was on file with the property. Had to spend extra time providing credit car, driver's licence again. Provided arrival time of 5:00 pm. Arrived near 6:00 pm. Keys provided to room, but room not ready -- had to return to front desk, clerk was not rude, but also not very hospitable. Not the friendly service we have come to expect with Wyndham properties.

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. It was filthy and had visible damage from the front door to the room. We had to switch rooms, the first reeked of some kind of air "freshener", and had the smoke alarm hanging off the wall. The second had blood spatters on the wall, broken furniture and dirty carpet. The person who checked us in looked like just as much of a tweaker as the majority of the other guests. Sketchy doesn't begin to cover it. NEVER AGAIN!
