Check in process was seamless, the place was clean and had a homely feel. It was literally across from the beach so you could walk to the beach or tidal pool with your towel and slippers and walk back. The staff were very nice and hospitable. Secure in-compound parking with electronic gates/openers provided, for a small (reasonable) fee for peace of mind. We loved the apartment unit we had on the front half of the property (called Brighton Beach building). Very easy to walk across the street and be at the tidal pool. We went for a swim every morning and loved having dinner at the various restaurants along the beach, which were delicious and also reasonably priced. Highlights of day were beautiful glass showers with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water particularly after swimming in the cold water at beach.
