the bed sheets had dirty smell as if they had not been washed and behind the beds was very dirty - lots of trash and dust. The rooms need to be deep cleaned and better cleaning in general. Also, the shuttle to Disney was no longer offered which was a huge turn off. We stayed at this hotel mainly for the shuttle included and now thats discontinued we will no longer be staying here. Consider bringing it back as it provides more convenience to the majority of people staying here to visit Disney.

I booked the room thru Hotels.com and saw this particular hotel had a room available with a bunk bed option for kids. I booked the room with the intention of having the same room in the picture. When I arrived we were in a 1 bed room with a pull out couch. When we asked if we were given the wrong room they said they don’t have those rooms anymore bc they redmodeled. Why would you advertise a room that’s not available anymore? Also, we asked for extra blankets and were told they didn’t have any left. No explanation but they ran out. I book all of my hotels thru this app and have been for years… I would hope this can be reviewed and I can be compensated accordingly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was rude and un-acoomdating.

The staff was friendly, the hotel lobby was clean and well maintained! The room was in really good condition and clean. While the pool was closed they had set up with another hotel to allow use of their pool which was nice.

Staff did not clarify that they need 24 hr house keeping notice during check in. They said it’s not automatic and I have to ask. When I went to ask, they told me about notice, it was useless for me because next day was my check out day. Also listing on hotels.com did not say that you charge parking fees where as other listing do.

Hotel overall was amazing, staff was extraordinary, breakfast and dinner was great, near all the hot spots of things to do like Disneyland and the Anaheim GardenWalk, was bummed the pool was closed, would’ve made the trip 11/10! But me and my family still enjoyed our time and are grateful

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. I was not happy that we were not informed that the pool and a lot of other amenities were under renovation. Accommodations were made to use another pool at a different hotel but it’s inconvenient.

Stayed for Disneyland. Only con is that the doors slam right behind you and is loud! Especially when the neighbor does that. At night I heard a lot of scraping furniture sounds from upstairs. Other than that there are no complaints.
