Staff very courteous. We do notice full trash cans outside th hotel, lots of cigarette butts around the trash can. I do wish staff would have let us know our room was next to an exit a dog walking area. Several if the dogs were very vocal and barking every morning. I would let travelers know that if they require quiet- room 102 is not the place to stay.

The property was great for our family of 4 (5 & 2 y/o) weekend stay. The two bedroom was spacious that we all had our own space. The pool was nice and the breakfast was okay, had better continentals before but was acceptable. There were so many quick and easy places to eat around the hotel and the kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. We would stay here again.

The suites with pull out couches are the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever experienced. We were there with 9 other families for a basketball tournament and every single family reported the same thing about the pull out. It should NOT be advertised as an option to be a bed. The ground was better or the couch folded up but that didn't work for some in our group who had a family of 4. Be aware-if you are planning to sleep a group of 4 or anyone on the couch make alternate sleeping plans. I upgraded my family to a 2 bedroom suite for our final night because it was that terrible. The breakfast and staff were all excellent and made the stay enjoyable.
