Very shady hotel

This hotel, or at least the staff, is beyond shady and dishonest. To start, when booking, it stated nothing about having to pay for parking and was vaguely written as "on-site parking" vs. just being honest and stating parking is not free. Next, during our entire week's stay, there was construction on the roof of the villa we were assigned. When I questioned this, there was no effort to move us to other rooms, just a pitiful excuse that the roof work was unplanned! Management needs to seek out retraining its staff or possibly termination; the lack of customer service is disgraceful to the Marriott standards. Until some kind of resolution is made, I cannot and will not recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay for families

We stayed here for two separate short stays. On our first stay we checked in and our neighbor was having a very loud get together with a wedding party after quiet hours. The front desk asked them to quiet down and the party did not comply. The desk called again and let them know further action would be taken if they don't quiet down and after that we had no further issues. Management was incredibly accommodating and helpful with various requests such as extra towels or blankets. Staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will absolutely stay here again on future visits.

We had a great time here.

It is a very nice place to stay with a full kitchen and all utensils, soaps, detergents for appliances, etc. Great pool area. When we arrived the desk person told us were are unit was and gave us our key cards and didn’t say anything else. Since we bike on hotel. Come we assumed that we would be getting maid service and fresh towels daily. This was not the case we found out. So, after a couple days we washed the towels ourselves and assumed that we would be doing so for the rest of the week. Then on the fifth day we went back to the unit and the dishwasher was running. There we noticed that the maid gave us fresh towels and sorted the place up. We had no idea what to expect. It would have been nice if someone would have told us what to expect. Other than that, e we very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again, but we would ask more questions about what is included.

Parfait !

Tout a été parfait comme d'habitude. A 9h le matin la piscine et le jacuzzi sont tout à nous, ensuite les merveilleux parcours de golf de la PGA font le bonheur de mon mari golfeur. Shopping intéressant au Centre Commercial des Trésors de la Côte. C'est un super endroit calme et très bien tenu. Merci au personnel d'accueil et d'entretien.

A/C did NOT work, electricity is BAD, laundry did NOT work. I tried to do laundry, the laundry machine did DEMAGE my clothes and I had to take wet clothes with me. The employees were very accommodating, they even did offer free pizza, because the A/C did not work. Very nice people, but totally mismanaged from property owners/executive management.

This property is best for single guys on a golfing weekend, not so much for romantic couples. Small sink and because it is a timeshare, you only get housekeeping once per week. The only thing that saves this property from a lower score is the super-friendly staff

Overnight trip

We had a small lockout unit. It was small but okay for an overnight stay. The unit was well equipped but tight. The unit had a washer / dryer which was helpful. The front desk was helpful and polite. The only amenity that I saw were pools and a basketball court. The focus of the resort was golf.
