Very shady hotel
This hotel, or at least the staff, is beyond shady and dishonest. To start, when booking, it stated nothing about having to pay for parking and was vaguely written as "on-site parking" vs. just being honest and stating parking is not free. Next, during our entire week's stay, there was construction on the roof of the villa we were assigned. When I questioned this, there was no effort to move us to other rooms, just a pitiful excuse that the roof work was unplanned! Management needs to seek out retraining its staff or possibly termination; the lack of customer service is disgraceful to the Marriott standards. Until some kind of resolution is made, I cannot and will not recommend this hotel.
