This was a great stay in Banff. Parking was great, staff were awesome. There is coffee, hot chocolate, hot water, water, and a microwave in the lobby. In the room there is a kettle, coffee maker (not needed) and a mini fridge. The beds are comfy and everything is clean. The hot tub, pool and gym were excellent, the view was great and it has its own balcony. This hotel is a bit dated but it’s clean and comfy. Best of all the staff are great and super helpful. We had a car and so had our own food for breakfasts etc. so not sure about close eats. You do get a free buss pass for local transit and it’s way easier to get downtown than driving. We can’t wait to come back.

You have great staff, keep them happy always! The hotel need some upgrades but the facilities are clean. Very good location too, away from the hassle and bustle of core but have great restaurants within walking distance. With the bus stop a few steps away, you can easily reach the core and other tourist spots.
