I’ve never stayed at a Quality Inn and I won’t be doing it again anytime soon. The hotel was nothing like the pictures that were shared. The hotel was filthy, hallways and elevator included. We got in late so it was too late to cancel our stay, Since it was past time. But I guess you get what you pay for. We got to the room and checked the sheets first as always. And there were brown stains on the sheets. So we went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. Their last one. One of the beds was ok with no stains on the sheets but the other was dirty with stains and black ashes in the bedding. Only 2 of 6 pillows didn’t have stains or were discolored. Since we were only sleeping there and had our own sheets to put over top, with no way of getting our money back since it was too late in the day. We had to wear flip flops because the floor was dirty and even found old nasty socks from a previous stay.

Absolutely disgusting! The only good thing was the older lady front desk clerk and the breakfast. Each floor smelled like smoke, no gym, ice machines on 2 floors don’t work, you can hear people fighting, ROACHES!!!!, and rude staff. I tried to give them the opportunity to try to fix situations and all they did was give me another room and each room was not much better than the last. There were burn holes in the comforters and stains on the pillows as well as broken picture frames on walls with stains of what look like previous dripped liquid. The toilets weren’t properly cleaned. I tried to ask for half my stay back and was met with passive aggressive attitude and offered $40 out of their pocket which why would I take such money from a staff worker? No one advised us of construction being done on the first floor, so it was an inconvenience getting in and out, and on and off the elevator. I requested for my sheets to be changed and was told could not because 30 other units were going through the same thing needing fresh pillowcases, and sheets. We stopped feeling safe after we heard domestic violence outside of our door at night. We also watched a woman get on the elevator with a lit cigarette!!!! Not to mention our stay was for five days and we were in three different rooms during that time which one of them had no back to the toilet. Back part of the toilet and the wall was missing. Two of our rooms the plumbing was not great. Third floor had a giant hole in the wall.

The receptionist was very rude and had no manners and treated the guests with disdain. I liked the rooms but I didn't like the receptionist who was serving. He was an older man.

The property is fairly run down and the common areas reek of smoke. My room was adequate for my one night stay. The tv worked and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Worker walked into room early morning with beers in hands while laying with my daughter. Key card kept rejecting. Saw two roaches in the room. Floor was very dirty. Building looks like it’s falling apart. Man was sleeping in hallway middle of night. Overall worse experience ever!!

I booked this hotel to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my wife, expecting a clean and welcoming place based on the photos advertised online. Unfortunately, what we walked into was completely different from what was shown. The lobby looked neglected and poorly maintained. The elevator felt outdated and unclean. When we entered the room, it was clear the condition did not meet even basic standards. There was an unpleasant smell, visible wear and tear, and an overall feeling of neglect. This was nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Instead of a romantic hotel stay, it felt more like a cheap roadside motel. This was supposed to be a special night for us. After seeing the lobby, elevator, and room, we made the decision to leave immediately. On Valentine’s Day. We were uncomfortable staying and had to find another place last minute. This is not about luxury — it’s about honesty and basic cleanliness. The property is misrepresented online, and guests deserve transparency. Because we did not stay due to the unacceptable conditions, I am requesting a full refund. I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements so no other couple has to experience this. THIS IS FALSE AVERTISEMENT
