The whole hotel was dirty And the corridors are smoked filled Quality Inn and Suites NEEDS to inspect the property and remove their name from site An embarrassment to the brand name They need to charge each room a re-findable fee to ensure people don’t smoke in their rooms And I am not just talking about cigarette smoke

The 1st room i checked into had a dirty bathroom so i switched rooms. When i got to the 2nd room there were roaches in the bathroom and bath tub It was pretty late when i checked in so ended up sleeping on top of sheets after i sprayed it down.

Worker walked into room early morning with beers in hands while laying with my daughter. Key card kept rejecting. Saw two roaches in the room. Floor was very dirty. Building looks like it’s falling apart. Man was sleeping in hallway middle of night. Overall worse experience ever!!
