Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast was non-existent, but that was okay, as we had packed food for our trip. Not many people staying in the area this time of year so guessing that had something to do with it.

Was close to Canyon de Chelly so very convenient. We didn’t need air conditioner but heater worked great for cold mornings. Fresh cookies and bags of pretzel and popcorn, tea and coffee in lobby was a pleasant treat.

Yes the room felt neglected, the bed was dirty-dusty, the floor was dirty like it wasn’t vacuumed correctly. The shower knob’s was hard to turn on and off. The window seal was dirty. The refrigerators aren’t checked because there was a food still storage in there and it had a bad odor. When ready to lay on the bed, there was hair still on the pillows, it felt very uncomfortable. But the front office checking in was great. I wish the swimming pool was working but it was under construction. Overall the stay was terrible. Also the housecleaning person walked in as soon as she knocked and didn’t wait for a response. Clearly I was still in the room.
