The front desk employees were friendly. The breakfast was very good with many choices. You can order eggs fried, scrabbled or an omlet. The 2 people in charge of breakfast were super nice and attentive. The view from the 7th floor breakfast area was amazing.

Great stay for two nights

Location is within a few minutes of Ponte Vecchio bridge, duomos, food places and other attractions. Room was quite large and very clean, separate shower and toilet. The shower location was a bit strange as it was in front of the bed, with sliding glass door, and not suitable for a family. But everything else was excellent.

The lower level had a bad smell of sewage. The room was clean, but I didn’t like that the shower stall was in the room in full view of the other guest. The room was meant for a couple. I don’t feel comfortable showering in front of family/friends. The breakfast was very good and the view in the breakfast room was nice. The ac is ice cold, so cold I had to turn it down.

3 star, right in the center, mold in the shower

Well we had a room for 2 (bed and a sofa) and we paid 420 EUR incl breakfast. For that amount of money you would ecpect smth fantastic. It was not. It was a random 3 star hotel. Location - perfect. Bed and linen - very good. Mold in the shower. The balcony floor was dirty and we found a piece of what looked like half eaten salami on the balcony floor. There was no iron in the room. I picked up the phone but couldnt call thr reception. The lobby was 2 old chairs. Breakfast however was very good!!! The people working there were very kind and helpful especially those who helped us at breakfast, fantastic ladies!!!
