The rooms are very old n dirty the bedspreads were full of cigarettes burns in a non smoking room, the 2nd room the same and the air conditioning didn’t work!?! In Phoenix the 3rd room was decent but the tv didn’t work and the staff was not very friendly

The location seemed sketchy but I was about 10 minutes away from everything so that was nice. I got back to my room very late and had to step over a drunk guy passed out on the balcony so that was weird but the front desk lady was helpful and sweet. If you're not boujiee you will be fine staying here.

absolutely disgusting slept in clothes including leaving jacket on with hood up. got a second set of bed sheets as ones on bed was dirty. Almost threw up taking sheets off bed when saw condition of mattress. It would be cleaner sleeping on bathroom floor at a rest area.

Well there we had the toilet over flow while were sleeping, and got the floor even outside the bathroom flooded. Then the next morning we were getting ready and the shower got clogged. I would like or appreciate some kind of discount on this please.

Front office staff was fine. Area around the property was sketchy as best. There was some guy hanging out on the stairwell, which felt unsafe. He was trying to talk to people. The property is near the airport. It sounds VERY near the runways. The planes start VERY early in the morning. They are EXTREMELY LOUD. I know this can't be controlled by Motel 6, but it would have been nice to know about the noise before.
