This was literally the worst experience I've ever had. I'd specifically picked this hotel because of the breakfast that it said they offered. When we arrive before we head to Minneapolis I was informed there was no breakfast or cable. The lady who greeted us was rude about trying to check in a half hour early because we were running late for our concert in Minneapolis. The fact that they didn't even have cable and the didn't even have a cord for me to be able to screencast was the most concerning. And then when I asked about breakfast they offered a 10% discount at the expensive restaurant next door. I will never return to this motel again. I felt like the lady was smoking meth in the back office. Horrible experience and disgusting rooms. Windows were dirty The beds had stains on them and were sunk in the middle. Will never recommend to anybody.

Room was nice size but stains and things not clean. Exterior door not secure to get into building did not lock. No continental as they advertised. But restaurant next door was great food.

The staff is the bright spot at this hotel. They are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean overall, but the bathroom so small you can barely turn around; and the floor was sticky from cleaning product residue. Floors need to be rinsed. Regretfully, the bed has the feel of a hammock, by far our biggest issue. The blackout curtains barely cover the window, and no breakfast is being served these days. With the extra $15 spent on breakfast, we could have stayed in a nicer hotel.

I didn’t even care that everything was broken. Including the lobby heat. But the room reeked like smoke. I couldn’t even breathe. Highly allergic. There was people smoking in the hall. There was a stray cat begging for food in the hotel. The room was clean. But the smell was un healthy. My husband smokes and this surpassed anything I’ve ever dealt with. It was like a smoking lounge that hadn’t been cleaned in a year with no ventilation. Then the heat in the room didn’t work. I can tolerate a lot. As I travel for a living. But my throat was closing up so I had to leave.

Hair in the bathtub sink on the toilet no cover on the ac/heater tv w was hard to get on then it was hard to get a picture when we finally got a picture there was no sound then it wouldn’t shut off we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room from 77 so it was hot all night the door that goes outside closest to our room wouldn’t shut and when you did get it shut it didn’t lock someone had a dog in the room directly across from us and it barked all night

Whole property is Bad. Filthy, Loud, and not safe . After a hour of someone freaking out in the hallway I called 911. I would have left had i could have left safely. DONT STAY HERE! I will be calling my credit card company as i will refuse charges after this all night insane hotel.!!

The hotel smelled horrible. The sink in the bathroom was slow draining. The floors in the bathroom were sticky. The carpet felt gross on my feet. I didn't dare go without shoes. The doors were not secure. The locks were broken. At 3am people came in the hotel screaming at each other. I would never recommend this hotel....ever

Lady sitting at reception didnt hear us come in despite alarm every time we came in. Dirty dark room with stained carpet. Hotel looks nothing like photos it is combined with an equally scroungy econolodge.

Nothing like pictures online. Not clean. Low on towels. They do not serve breakfast. They will tell you they are going to tomorrow though. Oh and when they send you across the street to get breakfast from their "sister hotel"... - while that alone is awkward enough- you wont get it. The guy across the street will let you know they do not allow that, ever. So im not sure why they keep sending people over there. There were a few workers who were helpful, I wish I had gotten their names, but people at the desk..no. They made you feel like an inconvenience.
