It was Christmas Eve when we had to stop because of a storm and we were lucky to have some place to stay and they were wonderful they they treated as well and help this as much as they could because we weren't planning planning on staying we were planning on being home for Christmas

Zero clear communication and aggressive manager

There is no clear communication on what’s expected until they are demanding you to leave. Even if you’ve paid for your stay, they are willing to kick you out over their stupid deposit.

Painful ajd underwhelming

The bed was rock hard, blankets were thin and felt like sandpaper. Can't even take a bath because theres a huge lip on the back of the tub making it painful to lay back. The bathroom ceiling had mold, and the ceiling materal was flacking off. The shower head was no higher then 5 feet tall. My husband and I both hsd to bent or kneel or take a shower.

A bit noisy, location of room 103 was bad , I am 6’3 mirrors and shower were for handicapped individuals which I’m not, I had a dog? Other than that I was happy

Cricket front counter was incredibly rude to both me and the other people in line telling us we should have read the instructions that he can't help us and just very short. My bathtub was cracked in the bottom with multiple patches it was flooded and clogged dirt skin hair and s*** came out of the drain. I apologize for cussing I'm voice texting because I'm upset. Furniture was broken down unclean the bed wasn't very comfortable for $138 I shouldn't have to watch a maintenance man use a Shop-Vac to unclog the tub and then leave it dirty and still broken at 9:00 at night after I've been traveling across the country.
