We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way back to Chicago. Checking in was smooth and the woman at the service desk was friendly. However, the room was not as clean as it should have been. There was a pair of thong underwear that was left behind on a luggage rack--something you usually don't expect to see in a clean room. The pillows were also pretty small and not entirely comfortable. If you like a firm mattress, then my husband can confirm that it was comfortable. Staying for one night was okay, but I would not stay any longer than that.
