Staff was very good with our requests. Main issue was the the room (115) AC/heater. It was old. It was away from the wall and cold air continuously blew through it. the filter change light was on, buttons unreadable. We stuffed plastic bags around the edges and kept it on sleep mode so it would not run constantly as the fan speed button didn't work.
