They tried, that’s about all I can say. The beds are hard as a rock and the walls and ceiling are paper thin. The tv in our room was about 20” and the remote did not work. The other room we had didn’t have a fridge. The towels are practically see through and the show head is at the height of about 5’. The front desk person was not friendly and seemed bothered by us checking in. Don’t expect breakfast unless you like frozen waffles.

Bad day at a hotel. Will not use Hotels.com.

Had one at desk for check. Got to room no toilet paper and no shower curtain. Room very cold, sink leaks and no extra plug in for cellphones. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Over priced and very conditions. Plus, there was a lot more hotels to choose from than the two that you showed.

Our keys did not open outside doors. People were propping them open with doormats and rocks. Stale/ musty odor to room somewhat improved with some lysol spray we bought. Coffee was always empty, breakfast was cold cereal and repacked poptarts. It was located very nicely to shopping and food options.

It was the only hotel in town with 2 expensive rooms. We didn't get the deluxe room with queen bad. No toilet paper or Kleenex tissue, only one washcloth for 2 adults. Only half the lights were plugged in to use. Shower curtain didn't hang closed, shower head was left on spray when water was turned on (surprise cold bath). No coffee in the morning, I called and got instructions on making a pot. Not much to eat: some pop tarts and breakfast bars, 2 cereals, milk, a few yogurts. No one there for checkout.

Room was not nice bed was not gooe either but what else can you expect for a chrap room. Shower drain was plugged with slimmy gel and other peoples hair it wouldnt drain at all. I called the front desk right away, they said they would take care of it. The next day it was still plugged and didnt take care of it absolutely disgusting.

We got to the motel at 11:27 PM yes 11 o’clock at night and they had not cleaned our room yet. They told us they have volunteer cleaners. My husband saw a very interesting situation happen on the ground floor. Let’s just say it appeared to be an hourly rate room. They told us to come back in about 30 minutes. It was after midnight. Our keys did not work to get back into the exterior of the hotel, thank goodness the cleaning crew left the chain in the door so we could get into our room.. When we got to the room. There were markings all over the sheets quite disgusting. At 2:26 in the morning, someone had a key to get into our room. Through text messaging they were calling me by a different name. The whole situation was absolutely bizarre. When I reached out to Expedia to get help the hotel said they couldn’t do anything until after 4:30 PM. We did take a shower, but the water never drained. We asked for additional towels they told us they would have to bring them to us later because they were in the dryer, so this is well after midnight. They brought us towels in a Dollar General bag. I’m not sure if they went to Dollar General to get us towels or what, but that was very strange. Do not stay here.

It was okay for a quick over night stay. Very outdated, run down. Breakfast was some bananas in a bowl in the lobby, coffee was not set up.

Not a Stayinn to visit again.

Breakfast was advertised as "to go"from 7:00 to 9:00 am. At 7:45 there was no coffee made, no juice avaliable and no bread for toast and no one at the front office. Four couples were waiting and others had gone on their way without.
