Everything was grimy
The sheets and towels seemed to be clean. However, the first room we were given had hair in the shower, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The mirrors had streaks on them and water spots in the bathroom. The floor was not swept or vacuumed.
Getting a new room was easy and quick. Again, the sheets and towels were clean. However, the bathroom had dead bugs in the corner and in the ice bucket. Mirrors again had smears on them. Microwave had a sticky button panel, the toilet was mostly clean, but had gunk in crevices.
The lobby and staircase had dusty old Christmas decorations. Everything had dust and felt very neglected. In the morning for breakfast the lobby had water on the floors with safety cones around. No one to speak of was working to clean it up.
Breakfast smelled great. But again everything had a grimy feel. Tables not wiped, sticky serving items.
Overall, not a great experience.
