Showed up to the property to find out there would be no breakfast due to renovations or pool which were advertised in the online description. It even included pictures of both. The pool had been drained, and by the looks of it quite some time before we booked. We had a long day of hiking and were hoping to take swim after being in the hot summer heat to find an empty pool. If we were able, we would've cancelled the reservation and moved to a different hotel. This place was a total disappointment. False advertisement, don't stay here.

Upon arrival, there was a toilet bowl setting outside the front door. We did arrive early and the receptionist was kind enough to check us in. Granted that there was a lot of renovation going on, but there was a lot of dust everywhere. The hotel was not ready to receive guests and should have at least stated that it was going through construction. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Did not have any ice when they said they did. Did not have any continental breakfast when they said they did. Had no hot water when they said they did. Had to fix the toilet seat. And the room stunk when we arrived. Had to spray room down to knock down the smell.

Avoid!

This hotel needs to be completely refurbished. It is very, very worn out. The lower floor is in the process of being done. They wanted to put me on 3rd floor with no elevator. I said no, so instead they put me where remodeling was happening. A smoke alarm beeped all night. NO LOCK ON THE BACK DOOR of the property so anyone could come in at night! I felt very unsafe. No one at desk to check me out.

Washing Machine didnt work, ice machine didnt work, noise was very loud and there was no breakfast option. However all of this was due to remodeling, so i understand why it was in such a condition. Not worth the price it supposed to be renovated well it doesn’t look like it at all the flooring is. Horrible the painting awful the toilet was not clean properly and many more there’s no batteries on the remote I call and see if a can get any and they said no until the next day the smell in the hallway was the worse, we had a joint door we can hear every from the next guest thru the door. If they charge the amount of money at least they can do a good renovation

Major renovations needed

The hotel was clean, but an older bldg. could use a major update. There was construction going on up on the second floor. There was not a working ice machine on the first floor and we had no access to second floor. The fact that you have to go down a few stairs to the first floor or up several to the second floor is a major drawback, especially since we are senior citizens. The computer was down the next morning so I was not able to get my Wyndham rewards number added to my reservation.

Facelift

They're giving the place a facelift and there's slight construction visible. Looking very good so far. Only thing not quite up to par for this visit was missing handle on shower knob that had a new and extremely stiff/hard to turn valve to operate the shower but was still usable. Parking here is excellent for my truck with trailer and always a good quiet stay.
