Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Towels without stains would have nice. Breakfast was horrendous. One waffle maker for the whole hotel was not a great idea. People waiting while people made up to 5 waffles. No bueno! I would have thought having the Radisson hotel name affiliated would have better standards.

Floor was dirty. Sheets had stains…went to Walmart to buy a cheap set of sheets and used them instead. Obvious signs of wear and tear on furniture and walls. Bathroom faucet was extremely loose. As far as beach access it’s the perfect location.

Air conditioner was replaced as soon as I arrived due to the prior one being broken. Stayed 2 weeks and had no cleaning whatsoever. Staff was good, did not have a single problem with them. Parking was good.

I move 2 times because there were mice and roaches in both rooms. The mice woke me up fighting under my bed and thumping under the bed. Such a nice place but they definitely need to control and exterminate. Someone had clogged the shower with toilet paper and wet the tissues box and left it. The bedding had bad stains on it. We slept on top and had our own. AC and heater worked. The ice machine and hot tub worked. Nice place but what a shame about the rodents and roaches. They even jumped into the bed while we slept. That was the last straw. Breakfast and staff there were good and cleaning. So I don't understand why the infestation and being attacked and woken up to that.

The room was way too small for 2 queen beds & for four people. No walking space literally! We were all bumping into each other. It was clean. Hair all over the floor. Good thing we just used it to sleep.
