The area seemed safe enough. A lot better than the other reviews I read about other affordable hotels in/by Colorado Springs. The staff was over the top nice! We arrived super late (3am). The property was tucked away in the back away from the highway. All 3 staff members i met were well worth having as employees The hispanic woman who checked me in was very polite and helpful. The white woman was as helpful as she was attractive. =P The hispanic man that was there when i got back from my race helped with everything i needed or wanted to know.

Check in process went great. We had a room right next to the vending machine/ice machine so it was noisy at times. We had a 2 night stay. Room was no clean 2nd day. Door in bathroom needs to needs to replaced. But overall it was a good experience. Will stay again.

There were two issues that I didn’t like: 1. I normally don’t use hotels that don’t have elevators 2. I would have liked it better if the hotel rooms had lights on the ceiling instead of just 6 lamps. Other than that, the property is in good condition with great wi-fi and the air conditioner was nice and ice cold.
