We had a group staying at the hotel in order to catch a very early flight. We needed to be at the airport at 4am, but their shuttle doesn't normally start until 4am. They agreed to start their shuttle an hour early to get all of our group to the airport on time. Staff was very friendly with us, and rooms were comfortable.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate. They wouldn’t get off the phone to provide customer service. The bathroom was dirty when we checked into the room and was not cleaned the entire stay we were there. We checked out a day early and staff wouldn’t get off a personal call to check us out of the hotel and only gave me a thumbs up.

With no maintenance available to fix it, we were sent to another room just to take a shower, which was very inconvenient. There was no supervisor or manager on-site to address questions about the issue, and the front desk was unattended for 5 to 8 minutes before someone showed up. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
