Great customer service and good WiFi. Bed sheets are too old, need upgrade. The shower in my room was not sprinkling well. There was some noise from people talking loud right behind my door late at night and moving car noise all day just because the hotel is across a Main Street. No fridge/microwave in room. The hotel has only one microwave in the lobby which needs cleaning.

The hotel is on a busy road and there is no sound barrier for the traffic, so it was very noisy all day/night. The bathroom in the room had a fan that was very loud and turned on/off by itself at weird times. The toilet was not fastened to the ground properly and there was a hole in the wall behind the toilet. The floor was very uneven in the room, felt very awkward moving around.

PArking was fairly easy, no issues there. Area is a little sketchy. AC worked. Half of the lamps in the room did not have any lightbulbs, the mini fridge was set to freezing when I arrived, and the TV was basically unusable for the entire week long stay. Still, overall room was decent, and staff were available to help when I needed it.
