It's a basic motel. It's not far from the local roads so you will hear some of that kind of noise but it has free parking and was clean. The shower worked, the linens and room were both clean and pest-free.

My husband and I were going to Boston to the MGM Fenway theater for a show on Saturday evening. Same weekend the Boston Red Sox had a afternoon game, AND it was the Boston Marathon weekend. NO hotels available in Boston and if they were, they were over $500 a night. The Inn on Arsenal was the closest we could get to our venue. We were ready for terrible. The Inn was Amazing. The door to our room was only accessible after getting through a locked exterior door. The room was Immaculate. Our bedroom and the bathroom sterile. We didn't expect a little fridge and a new modern sink in the area outside the toilet and shower, all sparkling. All new vinyl flooring. Bed absolutely comfortable although not like a Marriott bed. Sheets pristine. So for more than 1`/2 the price, we will return. Parking free. Clerk super nice.

The bathroom is tiny. You almost have to stand in the tub to close the door. Towels are small and thin. Curtains allow alot of light in. The room is in good condition and clean.

The room was very spacious but there seemed to be furniture missing and the bed was tucked over in the corner. There was damage to some of the furniture that was in the room, scratches or wear that was very noticeable. It does look like they’re working to make some upgrades like the rug in the hall or the flooring in different areas. The heater didn’t have a way to set the temp, it just blasted or continued blowing unless turned off. The water took a long time to get warm to wash hands or to shower. The staff in the evening and at night were very nice and made check in/out easy

the hotel is in a not so nice area. it is old but appears to hav been recently been refreshed. the first room the heat wasnt working. 2nd room was a two queen room missing the 2nd bed. it was clean.

=The bedside lamp didn’t work. They had to replace it. =The room’s telephone didn’t work t all. =In the walk in shower, they had liquid body wash but they didn’t provide a face cloths to use it. =The regular overhead showerhead worked, but the handheld shower appliance didn’t. =Television had Google TV with no LOCAL channels at all. There was no local programming; NO current NBC, PBS, ABC, CBS; no regular programming/local weather/late night shows. =That said, the room was very clean. They offered free parking which, in the Boston area hotels typically could range from $35-$60 per night.. Take your chances with this one

Spotless and very clean. The service was fast and warm. Parking very accessible. The only ick is that they sell none. If you want water or a can of soda you have to go to a different place or drink from the sink🙁
