It suit our purpose. We needed to be at the Vancouver airport early. The staff eas polite, helpful and gave a warm greating. Definitely a strength. But, the floor in the bathroom was sticky and I wasn't comfortable stiing on the stained comforter. Bed was fine, comfort wise.

Even my children were scared and disgusted on top of being extremely disappointed that the pool in the hot tub are down with no plans of fixing it. Wires on the plugs were exposed. There’s mold everywhere we had to completely strip the beds to make sure there was no bugs everything about this facility is disgusting and it should be condemned end of story. I am not exaggerating. I’ve stayed on some nasty hotels. This tops them all .

The taps need to be properly working and also have hot water working too. If the pool and hot tub are under maintenance, please advertise that as people book based on amenities a lot of the time and are extremely disappointed when basic services advertised aren’t met. All in all, won’t be back.
