The hotel's spacious, clean rooms boast stunning valley views, and the friendly, attentive staff adds to the charm. The meticulously curated lavender and rock garden, along with the majestic mesquite tree, create an atmosphere so enchanting, you'll almost forget you're in a chain hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel's management seems unwilling to invest in heating the pool, leaving guests yearning for a swim in the picturesque, yet frigid water. It's a tantalizing punishment to be teased with a gorgeous pool that's merely for show. A disclaimer should accompany the pool photos: "for visual enjoyment only." Dear owner, please address this issue; otherwise, your guests are paying a premium for an unusable feature. Another criticism is the really thin walls. I could not fall asleep until 4 am as I could hear the conversation of the guests next door.
