I live in Missouri and visit my family often in Texas. So i use many hotels and this is the #1 MOST HORRIBLE place i have ever stayed.
1. We booked a suite with jacuzzi, king size bed ect. Now the problems we had with JUST the room.
The room we were given was almost empty. No couche or table. Just a empty space where it should be. Making the room empth and it echoed. The mini fridge didnt work. We had no microwave or trash cans. The bed fram was broken and the making the bed make noise whenever you moved on the bed. There was however a nice mirror in the bathroom that was touch screen.
There excuse was we are under management. Then why rent out a room that is nothing you advertise.
When we checked in my driver license was never given back. The person at the front desk is rude over a $50 deposit he says has to be cash. I got there about 2am in the morning so i didnt have cash and i was tired so he says i can put it on my debit card. However once we left my deposit was not returned to my bank account after i waited a week.
Why did we have to pay $50 deposit for a empty room with a king bed in it?

The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t shut. The room smelled like smoke even though it said it was nonsmoking.

We did not stay in your hotel. I checked in at the front desk at 3 so we could get our reserved room. Needed ADA on 1 floor. Did not go to room at that time. Had to get back to a meeting. After events went to our room at about 8:30 and it was not excitable. Had no hand rails or bath except able. And the large Tv would not come on. (Husband in wheelchair)
Called front desk and asked how to turn on the tv and she informed me it was broken. Desk clerk on duty now said that 1st clerk should have told us that. I asked it we could get a discount on room price and they said that they could not do anything because I checked in at front desk at 3:00 and just now reporting. They could move us to another room available on 2nd floor.
We left and had to drive home after an exhausting day. Was very disappointed.

We walked in and walked out. It was dirty and gross and we felt unsafe. Several rooms were closed by the Texas Department of Health.

Not so good experience, I understand this is not a 5 star Hotel but needs to improve. The room stinks so bad, towels has hairs, bed is uncomfortable and blankets has cigarettes holes on it. At the time I stayed in it the room next to me was clausured for higine reasons by the city of grand prairie.

There were no towels. No washcloths. A coffee pot but no coffee, tea or cups in the room. A gap under the door to the outdoors. The front desk gave us two shabby, worn, thin towels but no coffee for the pot.
