Wiped up a spill on the floor and the towel was filthy. Wore white socks and the bottoms were black. The floor obviously hadn’t been mopped for a long time. When I checked in the employee had no personality. Never smiled or welcoming. Actually grouchy when asked about breakfast. Not impressed.
